Navigate to Opportunity

Once NTP has been granted, "Submit your material List and Amounts" will appear. Click this button to begin the invoice submittal process.

Click the "Amount" field.

Type in invoice amount.

Click the "Requested Shipment Date from Supply Warehouse" field. Select date of desired shipment.\ *Processing and payment times take 2-3 business days so please plan accordingly*

Click here.

Click "Companies" Field and ensure correct Supplier is chosen

Click "Branches" Field and ensure correct Branch is chosen

Click "Submit"

If Supplier rejects request, "Re-submit your material List and Amounts" will appear on Opportunity page. Click button to resubmit.

Update the incorrect information. In this case, "Amount" was incorrect.

Upload invoice, Click "Submit"

Status will change to "Equipment Information Under Review"
14
"Equipment Information Under Review" will show completed once approved
