Submit a Candidate to a Job order (Suppliers)

On the home page click **"Jobs"** to view all open job orders

You can also use view open job orders by clicking on the **open orders** widget

Find the job order you need to submit a candidate to. Then click on the arrow on the right side.
Tip! **You can use the search bar, sort option or filter option to find the job quicker.** [[example: ]]

On the bottom right of the page click "**Submit Candidate**"
New Candidate

Click **"New Candidate"**

Under **mobile number** type in the candidate's phone number.

Under **email address** type in the candidate's email address.
**Alert! If the candidate does not have an email, help the candidate create an email address.** **THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE AN EMAIL TO APPROVE THE JOB OFFER**

Under **first name** type in the candidate's first name

Under **last name** type in the candidate's last name

***if applicable :*** click **"Upload Resume/CV"** and upload the candidates resume from your saved files.

**Double check that the pay rate and bill rates are correct.** Under pay rate and bill rate erase and type in the correct rate if needed.
**Alert! The pay and bill rate will automatically populate based on the information on the order.**

If you add a rate that is out of the client's contract an error message will appear.

On the bottom right of the page click **"Submit"**

Alert! **If you create a candidate with a duplicate email or phone number from another candidate you will receive this error message**
Existing Candidate

On the search bar type the candidate's name

If you enter a name that does not exist in the system you will need to create a new candidate **(Go to step # 5)**

After you type the candidate's name select click on the result

**Double check that the pay rate and bill rates are correct.** Under **pay rate** and **bill rate** erase and type in the correct rate if needed.

Tip! **Once the candidate registers in SN1 and confirms the job order the assignment will be automatically created and the worker's status will change to "hired".**
