Submit a Cycling BC Affiliation Application

Apply and pay for Cycling BC affiliation for your club, team, or business, then get your Club Dashboard ready to go live.

Submitting an annual affiliation application for your club, team, or business includes entering information about your organization's focus, goals, and contacts. The process concludes with an online payment using a credit card. To get started, please use the link Cycling BC shared with you [or click here now](https://upliftercycling.com/management/tools/#!/dashboard/club) to open the Admin Dashboard -> Club/Teams menu associated with your organization.

If you are not yet the administrator of your organization on UplifterCycling.com, STOP and consult the [Frequently Asked Questions](https://cyclingbc.net/clubs/overview/) on Cycling BC's website about updating your organization's permissions.

If this is the first time your organization is affiliating, welcome! To **optimize your** application, approval, and activation **experience**, please contact Cycling BC before applying so they can create a club dashboard template for your organization.

Navigate to your pre-cloned 2027 club dashboard using the Club/Teams menu in the Admin Dashboard.

Select your listing for the upcoming affiliation season.

If the new interface is not enabled on your account, click your profile **ICON** in the top-right corner and select **Enable New Dashboard** so you can access to the modern experience.

If the new interface is already enabled, your club dashboard opens to the new sequential **Configuration** menu. After completing the affiliation application today, please revisit this Configuration tab and use the sequential setup menus to make any necessary updates ahead of the season. Let's start your club affiliation application by visiting the **Dashboard Home** tab.

Scroll to the bottom of the Dashboard Home tab and select **+Affiliate or Sanction this Club / Team / Event**

Type or select **Cycling BC Affiliation 2027**, and then click **Next.**

Review the affiliation types and select the application that best matches your organization.

Complete the application with accurate information about your organization. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Select **Done**, review the affiliation dues, and click **Complete / Checkout.**

Agree to each any required declarations and agreements. Check the box, enter your full legal name, then click **I agree to the above**.

In the transaction cart, enter your online payment details or any coupon codes.

Click **Submit & Complete.**

Once Cycling BC approves your application, you'll receive an automated approval email and the status is updated on your Club Dashboard Home menu and in your Club Affiliations menu.

To resume or edit an application, or check on your approval status, open your application using the **Clubs / Teams > Club Affiliations** menu.

Click **Resume Application** and then select **View Application.**

Once your application is submitted, return to your club dashboard and use the **Configuration** menu setup sequence to review landing pages and category descriptions. When ready, enable to new interface and from the Configuration menu, select the **Submit** button to complete the dashboard approval journey.
