Navigate to [https://www.samejetc.org](https://www.samejetc.org/2026/index.cfm)

Click "CFP Overview"

Before beginning your submission, make sure that you review the CFP Submission Guidelines & Info, as well as the CFP Resources page.

From the CFP Overview page, scroll down and click "Submit" to enter the Abstract portal.

Enter your last name and email and click "SEARCH"

If you receive the OOPS message, you can "Go Back and Fix Error(s)" or "Creat New Profile".

Complete all of the required fields on the Author/Speaker Information page and click "Continue".

To continue, you must Accept the Speaker Agreement.

Complete all of the required fields on the Abstract Information page. Remember, a video is REQUIRED for all abstracts.

Click "Continue" once you complete this section.

If you need to add additional speakers, moderator, click on the Person+ icon and you will need to search for them (as you did for yourself) and enter their name, bio, etc...

You can preview a copy of your abstract before submitting.

IMPORTANT: You Must click "Submit" for us to receive your submission. If you forget this step, your submission will be lost.

After submitting, you will be taken to the Thank You page. We recommend that your print a copy of your complete submission. A copy will also be emailed to you.

If you need to make changes before the due date, visit the "Abstract Service Center"

Use your login credentials emailed to you to access the Abstract Service Center.

Click the Edit Abstract icon to make changes to your abstract.

You can make edits or add/remove additional speakers.

DON'T FORGET!! You must click "Submit" again to save your changes.
