Navigate to <https://bgcsantamonica.my.site.com/V3/s/>

Click "Update Your Information"

Select your child's name from the "Select Household Member" list.

Select the "Financial Assistance Application" option from the "Select Form to Update" list.

Click "Next"

Verify the number of household members and income. If you have not yet completed a membership application, this information will not be populated.

Click "File Upload"

Click "Upload Files" and upload screenshots or PDFs of your proof of income information.

The following (most current) documents can be used for your financial assistance application: - Income verification (Current Fiscal Year HUD income limits) - Household tax forms - W2 of working adults in the household - Last, most recent 2 paystubs - Proof of unemployment - Proof of receipt of welfare benefits - Residency in HACLA/CCSM/Section 8 housing (Proof of Residency) - Eviction notice or shelter intake form - I-94 Form - Documentation of Foster parent/child relationship

Upload the supporting document.

Click "Done"

Click "Next"

Click "Finish"

Allow 5 business days from the time of submission for results.
