Navigate to <https://sakj1.jenzabarcloud.com/J1Web>

Click on the navigation button in the upper left corner

Click the dropdown next to "Student"

Click the dropdown next to "Faculty"

Click "Summary"

You will see all of your active courses in "My Course Center"

Move your mouse over "Actions" for the course you would like to grade

Click "Manage grades" then go to Step 11 below.

If you do not see all of your courses here, click "View details on all courses."

If you still don't see all of your courses on this page, click on "Next" to see the next page of courses.

The grading roster will appear

Only the open grading period will appear

In the "Letter" column, click the down arrow on each cell to assign a grade

Select the letter grade from the dropdown menu

Continue down the roster until all grades are filled in

If you are assigning an "F" you will need to select the "last date of attendance"

There are undo and redo buttons, and if at any point you want to clear everything you've put in, you can click "Cancel unsaved changes" and it will clear anything you've done since your last save

Click "Save" to save all changes

You can also communicate with students from this page, just click the box next to the name, or click all, then click "Send communication"
