Navigate to [https://www.galenaparkisd.com/Page/1](https://www.galenaparkisd.com/Page/1)

Click "STAFF"

Click "District Forms"

Click "Facilities Use Request"

In the "Event Name" field, enter "HVAC Request - *Location you need HVAC*" - i.e., "HVAC Request - Admin L503"

Click the "Summary " field and explain why the request is needed

Choose "Internal GPISD FUR"

Click "LOCATION SEARCH"

Under the building locations, look for the "HVAC Only Requests" locations and choose the area that includes the space(s) you need air

Click "SAVE"

Click the "Location Setup Notes" field and type "HVAC Only Request"

Complete the "Expected Number of Attendees:" field.

Choose your date

Choose time HVAC is being requested

**Click "Private Event" for all HVAC Only Requests** so that it doesn't publish on the calendar

Enter contact information

Can enter "N/A"

Choose "No"

Enter Department/Organization information

Enter the contact information for the day of request

Choose "Yes"

Choose "No" & "N/A" for Ag Facility questions

Click "ADD A TASK"

Choose HVAC

Enter reason for request

Click "SAVE"

Click "Submit" Your request will be routed through the approval process. Once approved, you will receive a notification. HVAC requests cannot be entered for the same day - must be entered in advance.
