Accessing the Dropbox

Log in to VU Collaborate, and navigate to your **Unit Space**.

On the **navbar**, click "**Assessments**" then "**Dropbox**".

Click the **title** of the Dropbox you want to submit to.

Select the "**Insert Stuff**" option in the **Comments** box.

Click "**Panopto for Students and Assignment Submission**".

A **Panopto** pop-up will appear with three options:

Select **Choose**, then **select** **My Folder** from the dropdown list

Then **select** the video you want to submit.

Click "**Insert**".

A preview of the video will appear. Click "**Insert**".
Upload a Video

Select "**Upload**" then click inside the "**Choose video or audio files**" box.

Select the **video** you want to upload from your files.
Tip: Double-click the **title** of the video to rename if necessary.

A **green tick** will appear when the video has successfully uploaded.

Click "**Insert**".

A preview of the video will appear. Click "**Insert**".
Record a New Video

Select **Record**, then enter a **name** for your recording.

There are **two** ways to record a Panopto video; in your **Browser** or by downloading the **Panopto Application**. It is recommended to use the Browser, you can start by clicking "**Launch Capture**".

A new **Panopto** tab will open, allowing you record.

Once recorded, return to the VU Collaborate tab and click "**Insert**".

Click "**Insert**" again to confirm.

Click "**Submit**" to finalise your submission.
