Submitting a job posting as a non-member of ARPA

Navigate to <https://arpaonline.ca/job-board/>

Click "SIGN IN".

If you currently receive ARPA emails, please use the SIGN IN function. If you cannot recall your login, please use the email to which you receive ARPA emails and reset your password.

If you do not have a guest account yet you can sign up by through clicking "Click here to Sign Up".

If signing up for a new account select the "Guest/Non Member" field.

Click "Continue" and follow the steps to register a new account.

After completing your account creation navigate back to <https://portal.arpaonline.ca/default.aspx>.

Click "Purchase Job Ad" under "Career Center" -> "Submit a Career Posting".

Make your selection of 1 single posting or a bundle of 3 postings.

Ensure your quantity is correct and click "Add Item".

Fill in your personal and billing information.

Click "Proceed to Confirmation".

Click "Complete Order" after confirming your details are correct.

Click "View Invoice/Receipt".

In the invoice/receipt or in your email confirmation click on the link to "Manage career postings".

View your number of purchased and active listings.

The first icon (yellow x) indicates that your posting is not currently active. To edit your posting click the green pencil icon (second icon).

Enter all relevant information you want to have appear in your positing.

To ensure your posting becomes visible to job seekers switch the status to "Active". Please remember your listing will be active for a maximum of 30 days from the date of activation.

Once all information is complete click "Submit".

You will now see that your positing is currently visible. If it is not visible, please go back to edit the posting and select "active" as the status.

The green checkmark (first icon) beside your posting indicates your posting is active.

This line also shows you the posting expiry date. If your job application closes before this date please change your positing status back to "inactive".
