Submitting a myQuestrom Event Funding Request

Log into tab Questrom Common: <https://questromcommon.bu.edu/>

Click "Groups".

Click "Center for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion"

Click "Surveys & FormsCollect any data and survey users."

Click "MyQuestrom Funding Request 25-26": <https://cglink.me/2fp/s90167>

Select your organization. For this example we will show a program request from Cohort Q.

Click the "Program Name and Description" and add in what your program name is and a brief description.

Answer: "Who is your intended audience?

In the "How does your event (or material need) align with your organization's mission?" field, add why your proposed event aligns with your organizations mission.

In this example: " Aligned with our mission to "[[to connect LGBTQ students and allies by providing networking and social opportunities, a forum to discuss LGBTQ issues in the workplace, and a community of support for LGBTQ students",]]The Drag Brunch would give LGBTQIA+ students and allies a social opportunity to connect during BU's PRIDE in April."

Click the "How does your event (or material need) align with the myQuestrom mission? Read the myQuestrom mission below and share how your proposed program aligns with our myQuestrom mission.

Answer the following: "How much of the up to $1,000 myQuestrom funds is your organization requesting? Please use your best guess for the expected costs, actual costs will be adjusted for after your event in accounting book."

Click the "What will these myQuestrom funds go towards?" field.

In the "What will these myQuestrom funds go towards?" field, explain with as much detail as you have available as to what the total funding you are requesting will be sectioned for.

Confirm your organization will "Add the MyQuestrom logo to any promotional materials for the (co-)sponsored event."

Confirm your organization will "Share any any promotional materials for the (co-)sponsored event to the [myquestrom@bu.edu](mailto:myquestrom@bu.edu) email."

Submit Form for approval.

Congratulations! You have successfully requested access to your myQuestrom Funds. Next you will need to submit an MBA Center Event Request Form in order to be able to start procurement for your event. Any questions on that process?
