Navigate to [https://my.saumag.edu/ICS/](https://my.saumag.edu/ICS/)

Click "Login"

Click "Academic Alerts" (You must be logged in to have this option, so if it doesn't appear, please double check that you are logged in).

Click "Submit Alert" (Your screen may look a little different)

Click "Add Students"

Find your student(s) using one of the search options.

Click on the student(s) you would like to add.

To review your selections click "Review (#) selected student(s)"

Once you have reviewed your selection, click "Add (#) selected student(s)"

Select the most accurate relationship type

Select the type of concern. (Only one concern type per alert, so if you have multiple students on this alert, they will all be submitted as one alert type)

Select the severity. This will not impact the type of intervention. This is just informational.

Be sure to expand the instructions for all submission requirements.

Use the textbox to tell us the reason for the alert. The more information, the better.

Please answer "yes" to this question and then let us know about any communication or conversation you've had with the student regarding this issue.

Select the most accurate response and add any additional information in the text box.

When finished, click "Submit"
