Navigate to the OHF Website under Risk Management and Vulnerable Sector Checks using <https://www.ohf.on.ca/risk-management/vulnerable-sector-checks-vsc/>

Click "START THE SCREENING PROCESS"

You will be directed to the Ontario Screening Submission Portal.

Select which Ontario Member you are registered in for the upcoming season?

Enter your First Name.

Enter your Last Name.

Enter your Birthday.

Enter your Email Address

Enter your HCR number. Enter your HCR number. If you don't know your HCR number, click this link: <https://www.ohf.on.ca/risk-management/vulnerable-sector-checks-vsc/vsc-instructions/>

Click "No (my VSC has not expired and want to complete the online declaration form)"

Click "Next"

Complete the declaration questions.

Once you have answered and the question, click "Confirm".

Click "Submit" to complete your submission.

This message will appear once you have completed your submission.
