Submitting your Vulnerable Sector Check through the Screening Submission Portal

Navigate to the OHF Website under Risk Management and Vulnerable Sector Checks using <https://www.ohf.on.ca/risk-management/vulnerable-sector-checks-vsc/>

Click "START THE SCREENING PROCESS"

You will be directed to the Ontario Screening Submission Portal.

Select which Ontario Member you are registered in for the upcoming season?

Enter your First Name

Enter your Last Name

Enter your Birthday.

Enter your Email Address

Enter your HCR number. If you don't know your HCR number, click this link: <https://www.ohf.on.ca/risk-management/vulnerable-sector-checks-vsc/vsc-instructions/>

If you are uploading a Vulnerable Sector Check, click "Yes (my VSC has expired and need to upload a new one OR I am new and have no VSC on my HCR profile)"

Click the link to upload your documents.

This will open a new tab.

Click "Select files" and upload the document are you submitting.

Enter your First Name and Last Name. **You must ensure the FIRST NAME and LAST NAME are an EXACT MATCH to your responses to Question 1 & 2. Also avoid using special characters when naming your document.**

Click "Upload"

Once your document is uploaded you will see this message.

YOU MUST RETURN TO THE SCREENING SUBMISSION PORTAL TO COMPLETE YOUR ONLINE DECLARATION.

Click the "I have uploaded a copy of my Vulnerable Sector Check" field.

Click "Next"

Complete the declaration questions.

Once you have answered and the question, click "Confirm".

Click "Submit" to complete your submission.

This message will appear once you have completed your submission.
