Add the DSU Events Calendar to Outlook

Navigate to [https://dickinsonstate.edu/index.html](https://dickinsonstate.edu/index.html)

Click "Events"

If you would like all items to appear on your new Outlook calendar or RSS feed, you can leave all selected. You can also choose to limit items by Location, Audience and/or category by only checking the desired items.

Click "Subscribe"

Click the "iCalendar Subscribe" field.

Click the "Subscribe to all calendar events" field or subscribe to the specific filters that you may have set.

Click "webcal://www.trumba.com/calendars/dickinson-state-university-events.ics" which may open the calendar directly in your Outlook client. Alternatively, you can copy the URL to manually add to Outlook.

Access the Calendar portion of Outlook.

Right click "My Calendars"

Click "From Internet..."

Press [[Ctrl]] + [[V the previously copied webcal link then click "OK"]]

The Dickinson State University Events calendar should now appear in your calendar list can can be toggled to view.

You can click the "Overlay" button under the "View" tab to overlay the DSU Events calendar over the top of other calendars. You can also switch to various views such as Day, Week or Month.

NOTE: The webcal should automatically sync with new events but the frequency in which it checks for updates can differ. The most recent and live data will appear on the online events calendar.
