This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to register as a sponsor or exhibitor for the Sustainable Fleet Technology Conference & Expo; how to add guests; and how to pay for your registration after submission.

Please read all the terms in this box and the steps in this tutorial before completing the registration process as it may impact how you register. **Key Terms:** - **Group Leader** - This is the person whose information you enter first in the registration process. The "Group Leader" receives confirmation information, reminders, and modification information for every person registered with this person. - **Administrator** - If you are not attending the conference but are registering on behalf of all of the members of your team. This person is known as the "Administrator" and receives confirmation information, reminders, and modification information for every person registered at the same time as this person. The Administrator only provides their own name and email address after clicking on the "Send a registration receipt to a teammate" button on the first page of the registration process (reference STEP 5). - **Guests** - Sponsors, Exhibitors, and Promotional Partners receive 1 or more complimentary registrations. Additionally, you may register more team members. Adding all guests, complimentary or not, to one registration allows for group management and so you only have to enter your credit card information once for everyone (if registered at the same time).

**PLEASE NOTE:** Each person who is registered to attend the conference needs to have a different email address. The system will not let you proceed if you try to use the same email for two or more people. How to Register for the Conference

Navigate to [https://www.sustainablefleetexpo.com/](https://www.sustainablefleetexpo.com/)

Click the "**REGISTER NOW**" button.

Select the appropriate sponsorship level or exhibitor option under "**Registration Type**".

The **DIAMOND** sponsorship registration type has been selected for this tutorial. Options on the registration screens might appear slightly different based on the registration type that you select. However, all of the steps below should apply to all sponsorship and exhibitor registration processes.

Enter the **CONTACT INFORMATION** for the primary attendee of the conference. This person will be known as the Group Leader if registering multiple people.

If you are an **ADMINISTRATOR** who will not be attending the conference, click the **I'm registering on behalf of this person** button and then provide your name and email address. You will be sent a copy of the registration confirmation email after submitting the registration. If this does not apply to you, **SKIP** this step.

Answer the **REGISTRATION QUESTIONS** and acknowledge the **TERMS AND CONDITIONS**. Then click the **NEXT** button.

**Guest Registration Section:** Each sponsorship and exhibitor package allows for a specific number of complimentary registrations, known as **GUESTS**. - If you would like to use these registrations, proceed to **STEP 6**. - You may add up to 10 guests to your group, either as complimentary or paid registrations. - If you are the only person attending or need to add guests at a later date, you may skip to **STEP 9**.

Click the **ADD A GUEST** button to enter the contact information for the 2nd person in your group.

Select the appropriate **REGISTRATION TYPE** from the options listed.

Enter the **CONTACT INFORMATION** and **ANSWER THE QUESTIONS** for the 2nd person in your group. Then click **ADD** at the bottom of the page.

Repeat **STEP 6-8** for all the guests in your group.

The **REGISTRATION FEES** will be automatically selected for the Group Leader and the Guest(s).

**Sessions Section:** The only sessions listed are the ones that require additional fees. Select the sessions you and/or your guests plan to attend. Each person may attend different sessions. All attendees will be able to download the conference app in the weeks leading up to the conference and add technical sessions to their own agenda at that time.

When you click on a session, you will be able to identify which person(s) you would like to attend that session. After selecting the appropriate person(s), click the **CONFIRM** button. Once all session selections have been made, click the **NEXT** button at the bottom of the page.

**Sponsorship/Exhibitor Details Page:** This page pertains to what is included in your sponsorship or exhibitor package and if you would like to purchase additional items. Available options will vary.

Provide the **CONTACT INFORMATION** for the **Exhibitor Administrator**.

**Select** the **SPONSOR BENEFITS** available with your sponsorship or exhibitor package. **READ** the green instructional text for this section to understand the available options.

**Optional:** Select the **OPTIONAL ITEMS** available to your sponsorship or exhibitor package. After making these selections, click the **NEXT** button.

**Registration Summary Page:** This is where you can review all of the selections you have made for all of your group members as well as add additional group members.

**Review** all of the selections you have made for you and your guest(s) to ensure the information is correct. Carrot arrows are located by the name of each guest to provide a dropdown for their information and selections. If any of the information is incorrect, please use the **PREVIOUS** button at the bottom of the page to go back and correct the information. If the information is correct, click the **NEXT** button to proceed to the Payment page.

**On the Payment Page:** Click the **CREDIT CARD** radio button and provide your card information **OR** click the **PAYMENT BY INVOICE** radio button and additional information will be provided.

After entering your credit card information or selecting payment by invoice, click the **SUBMIT** button to finish registering.

Upon successful registration, you will be taken to a **CONFIRMATION** page. Each person registered will receive a **Registration Confirmation** email from [brittany_santore@ncsu.edu](mailto:brittany_santore@ncsu.edu). The **ADMINISTRATOR** (if one is identified) will also receive the **Registration Confirmation** email for each person registered. Please add this email to your approved senders list and check your spam folder if you do not receive the email within a few minutes of submitting the registration. Guests will not be able to modify their registration independently. The **GROUP LEADER** or **ADMINISTATOR** (if one is identified) will need to modify their guest's information on their behalf.

How to Modify Registration Information or Add Guests After Submission

In your **REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL**, scroll down to the **ATTENDEE REGISTRATION INFORMATION** section. Copy the **ATTENDEE CONFIRMATION NUMBER**.

In a new tab in your browser, navigate to <https://www.sustainablefleetexpo.com/>

Click the **LOGIN** button at the top of the registration process. Enter your **EMAIL ADDRESS** and **CONFIRMATION NUMBER** that you copied from your Registration Confirmation Email. Then click **LOG IN**. **Note:** Each person's confirmation number is unique and tied to their email. Do not copy the number used below.

On the confirmation page, click on the **MODIFY REGISTRATION** button.

How to Submit Payment After Registration

After completing your registration, you will receive a **REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL**. This email will contain your **CONFIRMATION NUMBER**. You will need this number and the email used to register to modify your personal information. **If Paying by Check:** Please make check payable to "NC State University". **If Paying by Credit Card after Registration:** In your **REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL**, scroll down to the **ATTENDEE REGISTRATION INFORMATION** section. Copy the **ATTENDEE CONFIRMATION NUMBER**.

In a new tab in your browser, navigate to <https://www.sustainablefleetexpo.com/>

On the confirmation page, click the green **SUBMIT PAYMENT** button.

Provide your **CREDIT CARD** information, then click the **SUBMIT** button at the bottom of the page.
