Navigate to [https://admin.swipesense.com/](https://admin.swipesense.com/)

Click "Users"

In the search bar, type the users name you are looking for

Select the pencil icon to edit the profile

Click the "Badge Device ID" field.

Delete the "Badge Device ID" number listed.

Click "Save"
