How to Introduce

Locate the exhibit you want to mark on the record and select **Introduce.**

Before stamping and introducing, you can review the exhibit and have the ability to jump to any page of the document. Put in the page number needed and select **Go.**
Stamp Settings

Before adding a stamp, you have the option to add: - Exhibit Prefix - Suffix - Witness - Volume

You can choose to display the date or leave it out (this is checked by default)

You can also change the stamp color if needed.
Adding a Stamp

Once you are ready, follow step 1 which is **Add Stamp**.

It is then automatically placed on the bottom right of the exhibit

You have the ability to move it around or change its size. You can also: - Change the color - Change the opacity - Link a URL or page - Delete the stamp
Introduce Exhibit

Once you're satisfied with the placement and ready to mark on the record, follow step 2 which is **Introduce Exhibit.**

You will automatically be brought to the **Marked Exhibits** folder and you'll see the next exhibit marked on the record right there.

With the stamp included.

You'll then see the introduced icon in your private folder, next to any exhibits that have been introduced on the record.
Clawback

If you made a mistake and marked an exhibit on accident, you can utilize the **clawback** feature. Select the 3 dots shown here.

Confirm that you need to remove it.

You'll now see that exhibit is removed from the marked exhibits folder.

In the private folder, there will be a clawback icon showing which exhibit has been removed.
