Tech Hub 2.0: AD Approving the End of Season Submission on behalf of a Head Coach

This guide provides a step-by-step process for Athletic Directors to approve a End of Season Roster/Form 3 workflow on behalf of Head Coaches. This access level is only assigned the AD role in the Tech Hub. It is to be used if a Head Coach is on leave or has left the institution and a Roster/Form 3 Workflow is in-progress and needs to be advanced for AD and Commissioner approval.

Click "Roster / Form 3"

Click the hyperlink for the sport that requires approval on behalf of the Head Coach.

Click "Approval History" tab.

Click the hyperlink of the **Request Tracking Name** assigned to the Head Coach pending approval.

Select the code from this page to use on the website for Head Coach validation. Copy the **access code** Press [[ctrl]] + [[c]] Click "Coach validation" button.

Add the copied code to the request code field. Press **[[ctrl]]** + **[[v]]**

Click "Next"

Review the student-athletes on behalf of the Head Coach. Note as AD you can make further edits when the group advances to AD Approval (if necessary). If all those student-athletes listed are approved. Click "Next"

For approving all student-athletes listed select the radio button "Yes - I confirm"

Click "Next"

A message will display that the request has been processed.

Click "Roster / Form 3" header to return to the sport page.

Click the hyperlink for the sport that requires approval, to see the request has advanced to pending AD approval. As AD you will also get an email alert the request will be in the pending approvals area of the Tech Hub.

Click "Final Form 3 Status" to sort the list.
