Tech Hub 2.0: Activating Head Coach Portal Account

This guide is essential for anyone responsible for activating a Head Coach's Portal accounts for the 3C2A Tech Hub. It provides a step-by-step approach to accessing the portal, managing user accounts, and highlights the importance of email communication, including the potential issues with spam filters.

Navigate to [https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/](https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/)

Click "Contacts" either from the tile or header

Select the **Head Coach** to activate their **Portal User Account**. Click on the name of the Head Coach.

Click "Manage Coach User" button.

Click "Next"

Click "Finish"

Below is an example of the email each Head Coach will receive after the above steps are followed by the college in the Portal by the ES/AD. The email comes for School Portal - [techhub@3c2asports.org](mailto:techhub@3c2asports.org) The **username** will always be the **email address** provided in the **Contact** set-up.

Alert! Ensure the Head Coach receives the email and successfully activates their account. Many times the above email can land in a spam folder or blocked by a campus cyber security system.

The Head Coach will then click "LINK"

The Head Coach will establish a password, click "Change Password"

The Head Coach will be redirected to their new Tech Hub Portal account home page. Bookmark this website:<https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/login/> Head Coaches will login to manage their Certified Roster / Form 3 from the Portal.
