Tech Hub 2.0: Adding Contacts; Coaches

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add contacts and coaches in a tech hub. It includes detailed instructions on navigating to the necessary page and filling out the required fields. Navigate to [https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/](https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/)

Click "CONTACTS" from the tiles or through the header.

Click "New"

Staff should be the default selected option. If its not, select "staff" then, click "Next"

Alert! Salutation is not a required field.

Click the "First Name" field.

Type your Head Coach's first name, repeat steps for the field "Last Name"

Click the "Account Name" field. This will be the institution related to the contact and the institution you are affiliated with.

Type the name if your institution and it should populate in the dropdown list.

Click on the name of your college to populate the field.

Click "Role" and assign the role of the contact your are creating. For the purpose of this guide, we are creating a head coach.

Click "Head Coach"

Click the "Email\*" field and enter the email address for the contact.

Click "Phone" field and enter the phone number for the contact.

Click "Save & New" to continue adding contacts. On your initial set up, you will add all head coach contacts before you move on to the next process.

Tip! You can always add additional contacts as your department may experience staffing changes. \*\*\*Please note user guides are coming to inactivate coaches who leave the institution.\*\*\*
