Tech Hub 2.0: Annual Sports Offered Activation & Creation of Rosters/ Form 3's

Navigate to [https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/](https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/)

Click "Sports Offered" from the tile or header

Click here on the pencil icon to add your institution's head coach for the sport selected.

Begin typing the name of the head coach then select the name from the list.

Alert! If you offer football or host a sport out to another conference please indicate this information in step 5 on the line associated with that sport. **This is the conference commissioner who will receive your Rosters/ Form 3 for verification.**

Click here on the pencil icon to add your institution's associated conference for the sport selected.

Begin typing the name of the conference then select it from the drop down menu.

Move to the Active column. Click here on the pencil icon.

Click the "Active" field.

Click "Save" at the bottom of the window.

Repeat the above steps to activate all the sports for the academic year.

You can sort the list view to ensure you have activated all the correct sports. Click on the column header titled "Active"

You can sort by Conference by clicking on column header titled "Conference"
