Tech Hub 2.0: College Requesting a Student-Athlete Adjust their Form 1 Responses

This guide provides a straightforward process for college staff to request adjustments to a student-athlete's Form 1 responses, specifically regarding their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) permissions. These same steps can be utilized for other updates to a student-athlete's Form 1 responses, such as the Felony Disclosure, amateurism question, college attendance or gaps in time between high school and college enrollment.

Navigate to [https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/](https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/)

Click "Roster / Form 3" either the tile or header.

Click on the hyperlink of the Roster for the student-athlete who requires notification of edits to their Form 1 or the student-athlete indicates they want to edit a response (e.g., NIL, Felony Disclosure, amateurism).

Click "Certify Student" for the student-athlete who requires adjustments or edits.

Click "Request Student Update" button

***Alert! Currently, there is no tracking system of request sent to a student-athlete or when they respond. This is under construction. Coming soon!***

A pop-up window will appear if it does not be sure to enable pop-ups on your web browser. Select by clicking on the check-boxes for those areas below that require reconsideration or an adjustment/edit by the student-athlete. - Felony Disclosure (if the college has opted in to this form) - Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) authorization - Professional Sports question - Sports Participation - Life Experience

After selecting the information to update further instructions are required by the ES/AD to ensure the student-athlete makes the correct adjustments/edits. These instructions are sent in an email to the student-athlete. See step 10 for example of the email.

Click "Submit"

The system will confirm your selection and the email address of the student-athlete that will be used to send the adjustment request. Click "Confirm"

Example email with instructions if the college selected all the items for adjusting/editing. For Felony Disclosure, NIL or Professional Sports response all those items will be awaiting an update once the student-athlete logs into their **Tech Hub Student Portal** and clicks on the "**My Profile**" tile or header.

Once the student-athlete makes the adjustment/edit it will automatically populate for the college within the student-athletes profile. We are working on a notification once the student-athlete successfully makes an adjustment/edit. ***Coming soon!***
