Tech Hub 2.0: Downloading or Printing Certified Roster/Form 3

The ES/AD can download or print the Certified Roster for those student-athletes who have been cleared for competition by the AD and verified by the Commissioner.

Salesforce Site.com

Click "Roster / Form 3" tile or header.

Click on the hyperlink of the sport for the Certified Roster/Form 3 to be downloaded.

Click on the "Certified Roster / Form 3" tab.

Click on "Export" icon.

Select the format of the file and click on the "Export" button to download the file.

The file can be shared with coaches and staff (e.g., Equipment, SID's, Athletic Trainers, etc.).
