Tech Hub 2.0: ES/AD Resubmitting End of Season Submission after Commissioner Requests Review

This guide provides a step-by-step process for resubmitting an End of Season Submission after a review request from the commissioner. The ES/AD can respond to the Request and advance the group of student-athletes back to the AD for review, editing and approval before it returns to the Commissioner for final verification.

Alert! The ES/AD will receive an email anytime a Commissioner requests review of a student-athlete for the End of Season Submission workflow process. The group of student-athletes move as a group, those requiring review will be yellow with a status of "Review Requested by Commissioner."

Example email of a student-athlete that has been requested for review and requires potential corrections by the Commissioner.

The verification status of **Review Requested** will be the color yellow and noting who requested a review (e.g., Commissioner).

Click the "End of Season Roster/Form 3" tab.

Click on the bottom scroll bar to move the table over to the Final Form 3 Status column to see those student-athletes who require review.

Click on the triangle.

Click "Reviewer Notes"

Review the notes from the Commissioner to see if a correction to if the student-athlete competed is required or online statistics need to be updated.

Alert! If a change is needed. Do not process this request at this time. Close out of the pop up window.

Click "Cancel and close" if a change is needed. Do not process this request until after a change as has been made (if necessary).

Make the change if necessary by clicking on the pencil icon.

Select the updated option.

Click "Save"

Click on the triangle.

Click "Reviewer Notes"

Click this text field.

Provide a response back to the Commissioner.

Select the radio button "I confirm that I have reviewed the SA application."

Click "Next"

Process any remaining student-athletes with a status of Review Requested by Commissioner following these same steps.

Click "Final Form 3 Status" to sort the column. Once the student-athletes have a status type of Resubmit - AD the workflow is ready to be launched back to the AD for approval and then Commissioner.

Click "End of Season Submission"

The message will indicated how many student-athletes are being resubmitted to the AD for approval. Click the Next button.

After submission of the request, it will redirect back to the main page.

If the AD processed the request. Click "Pending Approvals"

Click the hyperlink for the sport pending approval.

Click this checkbox.

Click "Approved"

Click "Submit Decision"

Click "Next"

Once approved the AD will be redirected to the main page and a new verification status of Pending Commissioner Review will appear in green.
