Tech Hub 2.0: First Time User Creating a Password

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for first-time users to create a password to access the 3C2A Tech Hub system. Alert! A new user is established by the 3C2A by receiving a request in the Tech Hub system from an Athletic Director. Please contact your Athletic Director to establish a user account to the 3C2A Tech Hub Portal. \ \ For Head Coaches or Student-Athletes please reference other published user guides. For Commissioner level access please contact the 3C2A.

You will receive an email with your username. Click "LINK" to start the process of establishing your password.

Click "LOGIN"

Click "Forgot your password?"

Tip! You will need your username from the email. **Your username is your email address.**

Copy the username and submit it on Password Reset page.

Click "Reset Password"

Now check your email for a new hyperlink to reset (aka establish) your password.

Click the hyperlink in the email.

Click "Reset Password."

Click the "\* Confirm New Password" field.

Click "Change Password"

Tip! Be sure to save your password in a secure place and do not share your account information with others.

You will now be redirected to the Tech Hub.

Alert! Bookmark in your web browser the Tech Hub portal. Do not login from the Salesforce website. Only login from the 3C2A Tech Hub portal link. <https://3C2A.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/>
