Tech Hub 2.0: Global Student-Athlete Search

This guide provides a step-by-step approach for conducting a Global Search of all the student-athletes within the 3C2A starting with the 2024-25 AY. This search can be used to find email addresses for those transferring within the association to assist in establishing their new SA Portal Accounts.

Navigate to [https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/](https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/)

Click "Student-Athletes"

Click "Global Search"

Click the "Search" field.

Conduct a search by either **First Name** or **Last Name** to locate a student-athlete who has completed a Form 1 for the college. Click Enter to pull up search results.

Click "Student View"

**General Details** provides contact information and housing information. This information is based on the last completed online Form 1 or updates the student-athlete has made to their portal account profile.

Click "Rosters" to see roster history.

Alert! For historical participation information please login to the Historical Form 3 system for participation records prior to 2024-25 AY. <https://form3.cccaasports.org/login>

Provides the **Certified Rosters / Form 3's** starting as of 2024-25 AY the student-athlete was connected with in terms of sport.

To go back to search for another student-athlete, click "Student-Athletes"

Click "Global Search"

To sort the table information you can click on any of the headers.

For example, click "College" to sort colleges alphabetically.

Click "Colleges" to re-sport the list.
