Tech Hub 2.0: Guide to Accessing and Navigating Portal

Alert! When leaving the 3C2A Tech Hub portal always log back in from the portal link. Do not login from Salesforce website.

Navigate to [https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/](https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/)

This is the homepage of the 3C2A Tech Hub.

Upon logging into the system always review the **News and Updates** area for important system announcements from the State Office.

Tip! Both the "header" and the tile will direct you to the same location within your portal.

Click "Sports Offered" header or tile.

**Sports Offered** is where colleges will active the sports they are offering each academic year. To view previous academic years, select the list view by clicking on the upside down triangle. Annually from this screen colleges can elect to opt into adding a Felony Disclosure form to their Form 1 workflow.

Tip! After you login for the first time, use the "**Home Icon**" to return to the dashboard at any time.

Click "Home"

Click "Contacts"

**Contacts** is were the ES/AD add Head Coaches to the system and activate their user accounts. Click "Student-Athletes"

Click "My Student-Athletes"

**My Student-Athletes** is a listing of all the student-athletes for the college who have successfully filled out an online Form 1 as of launch of the new Tech Hub (2024-25 academic year). The hyperlink Access Student takes you to their contact information, which also shares the Rosters/Form 3's and appeals on file for the student-athlete (if applicable). Note: If you see duplicate names of the student-athlete that means they have either returned for a new academic year or are assigned to multiple teams (multi-sport student-athletes).

Click "Student-Athletes"

Click "Global Search"

**Global Search** allows an ES/AD to view all student-athletes within the 3C2A who have completed an online Form 1. Click the "Search" field and search by either first or last name to locate a student-athlete who is attending or has attended another 3C2A college.

Click "Roster / Form 3"

**Roster/Form 3** is a listing of the active sports selected in **Sports Offered** by the college for the current academic year.

To select a different academic year, select a new list view by clicking on the upside triangle.

Click "2024-25" to see those Roster/Form 3's from that academic year.

Example for Test College for the 2024-25 Roster/Form 3's from that academic year. Each Roster Code is a hyperlink to access information for those student-athletes (e.g., eligibility and seasons of competition used - End of Season Submission).

Click "Pending Approvals"

**Pending Approvals** is an area of the system where Head Coaches, AD's and Commissioners will find items for their review and approval.

Click "Appeals"

**Appeals** is an area of the system for submitting appeals. Currently the only appeal available to submit via the Tech Hub is the Form 4 - Injury/Illness Appeal.

Click "Reports"

**Reports** is currently under construction with all the updates to Tech Hub 2.0 and will be coming soon!

Click on your User Name to access "My Profile" information.

Click "My Profile"

Here a user can see their contact information within the Tech Hub system.

To Logout click on your username. Select "Logout" from the drop down menu. To remain in the Tech Hub system select either a tile or home icon to return to the homepage.

As the Tech Hub system is updated information will be shared with the 3C2A membership.
