Tech Hub 2.0: Head Coach Removes SA & How to Resubmit the SA for Approval

This step-by-step guide allows the ES/AD to resubmit a student-athlete (SA) that a Head Coach removed from the Beginning of Season Submission process to be placed onto the Roster/Form 3. This guide explains how to resubmit the SA to the Head Coach for review and approval.

Alert! When a **Head Coach removes** a SA from the Beginning of Season Submission process the ES/AD will receive an email.

Example email when a Head Coach removes a student-athlete from the Beginning of Season Submission process.

To to the Roster/Form 3 and select that sport to locate the student-athlete that was removed by the Head Coach. Their verification status will be red and will not Head Coach Removed as the status.

Click "Certify Student"

Click "Reviewer Notes"

Review the notes from the Head Coach as to why they removed the student-athlete. The ES/AD can make adjustments or corrections if applicable to the student-athlete's information.

Click the "Reviewer Notes" button to resubmit the student-athlete for Head Coach approval.

The ES/AD must type in note regarding why they are resubmitting the student-athlete for documentation purposes (e.g., fixed error, student-athlete is cleared to compete, etc.).

After typing the note, the ES/AD will select the radio button they are confirming the resubmission.

Click the "Next" button.

Click the hyperlink for the sport Roster to return to the main page.

The student-athletes verification status will be updated to the color purple and will note it's ready to be resubmitted to the Head Coach for review and approval.

Click the "Beginning of Season Submission" button to resubmit the student-athlete to the Head Coach for approval.

Click the "Next" button.

Click the "Finish" button. The pop up will show the number of student-athletes (SA) being resubmitted for review.

The verification status will update to the color yellow and the status will note the student-athlete is Pending Head Coach Review. The Head Coach will receive an email alerting them to login to the Tech Hub to review a Beginning of Season Submission for their team.
