Navigate to [https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/](https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/)

Click "Roster / Form 3" tile or header.

The ES/AD can monitor the number of student-athletes who have advanced for approvals and verification by the Commissioner.

Example of when the **Beginning of Season Submission** still requires action by the ES/AD after the season has concluded.

Example of when the **End of Season Submission** still requires action by the ES/AD after the season has concluded.

Example of the successful completion of both the **Beginning of Season &** **End of Season Submission** processed for three student-athletes.

Tip! To see where a Roster/Form 3 is in the approval and verification process click on the hyperlink for that specific sport to review in further detail.

Click on the sport hyperlink.

Review by sorting the columns as follows: **Verification Status** = Beginning of Season submission for eligible student-athletes to compete. Verified, has been approved by Commissioner. **Final Form 3 Status** = End of Season submission for those student-athletes certified as eligible to compete. Final Verified, has been approved by Commissioner.

Click "Certified Roster / Form 3" tab for further details.

The Certified Roster / Form 3 tab lists all those student-athletes on the Roster/Form 3 who have been certified eligible to compete.

Click on the "End of Season Roster / Form 3" tab to see competition status.
