Tech Hub 2.0: My Student-Athlete Search

This guide offers a step-by-step approach to effectively navigate the Tech Hub 2.0 platform for managing student-athlete information. By following these instructions, users can easily access profiles, view essential details, and search for specific athletes, thereby streamlining communication and organization within the system. Ideal for quickly looking up a student-athletes email address, contact information and more.

Click "Student-Athletes"

Click "My Student-Athletes"

Click the "Search" field.

Conduct a search by either **First Name** or **Last Name** to locate a student-athlete who has completed a Form 1 for the college. Click Enter to pull up search results.

To see all the columns and information be sure to use the scroll bar at the bottom of the table.

To locate more information and other details for the student-athlete click on **Access Student** hyperlink. Such as, address, phone number, gender, race/ethnicity, and the Certified Rosters / Form 3's the student-athlete was placed on. Alert! The student-athletes name will populate multiple times in this search area for every Certified Roster / Form 3 they are connected with. **Please note these are not duplicated account.**

Click "Access Student"

General Details provides contact information and housing information.

Click "Rosters" to see roster history.

Alert! For historical participation information please login to the Historical Form 3 system for participation records prior to 2024-25 AY. <https://form3.cccaasports.org/login>

Provides the **Certified Rosters / Form 3's** starting as of 2024-25 AY the student-athlete was connected with in terms of sport.

To go back to search for another student-athlete, click "Student-Athletes"

Click "My Student-Athletes"

To sort the table information you can click on any of the headers.

Click "Full Name" to sort by alphabetical order A-Z or Z-A.
