Tech Hub 2.0: Printing Form 1 Responses

This guide provides a straightforward process for printing Form 1 responses. This can be done within the Tech Hub via the Certify Student area of the system.

Navigate to [https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/](https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/)

Click "Roster / Form 3" tile or header.

Click the hyperlink for the sport of the student-athlete who needs a printed Form 1.

Click "Certify Student" hyperlink of the student-athlete who needs a printed Form 1 response.

Scroll to the bottom of the page.

The most recent Form 1 response is listed at the top of the table and by date and time stamp of submission by the student-athlete. Click the hyperlink for the Form 1 response that requires printing.

To print click the Printable View button.

Click on the three dots to select the printing function for Google Chrome if that is your preferred web browser.

Click "Print… Ctrl+P" or select "Print."

Click the Print button.
