Tech Hub 2.0: Resubmitting a Student-Athlete for the Beginning of Season Submission process - Review Requested

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough of resubmitting a student-athlete that either the Head Coach, AD or Commissioner have removed from the workflow or requested review. This process allows the ES/AD to resubmit a student-athlete to be launched back through the approval process.

Alert! The ES/AD will receive an email anytime a Head Coach, AD or Commissioner request review or remove a student-athlete from the Beginning of Season Submission workflow process.

Example email of a student-athlete that has been requested for review and requires potential corrections by either the AD/Commissioner.

The verification status of **Review Requested** will be the color yellow and noting who requested a review (e.g., AD, Commissioner).

Click the "Certify Student" hyperlink of the student-athlete who requires review.

Click "Reviewer Notes" tab for why review is requested.

Review the note provided by either the AD/Commissioner.

Alert! Make the correction or edit if applicable within the Tech Hub Portal.

Resubmit SA for Review and Approval

Click on the "Reviewer Notes" button.

Click this text field providing a note back to the AD/Commissioner on the action that was taken.

Click the radio button confirming that the review has been completed.

Click the "Next" button.

Click the roster hyperlink to return back to the main page for the sport.

The student-athletes **Verification Status** will change to purple and will note the resubmission will route to (e.g., AD/Commissioner).

Click the "Beginning of Season Submission" button to advance the student-athlete again for review and approval.

Click the "Next" button.

It will note the number of Student-Athletes being resubmitted for review. Click the "Finish" button.

The table will automatically update the Verification Status to the color of yellow and note who the student-athlete is pending review and approval by (e.g., AD, Commissioner).
