Tech Hub: Athletic Director Submitting End of Season Submission for Final Verification by Commissioner

This guide provides a streamlined process for Athletic Directors to submit their End of Season Submission for verification, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the approval workflow. It outlines the steps for reviewing and approving student-athlete submissions, as well as monitoring their status through the Tech Hub Portal.

**Athletic Director** Click "PENDING APPROVALS" tile or header

**Athletic Director** will Click the **Form 3 workflow** of the sport for review.

The **Athletic Director** can review the student-athletes submitted on the End of Season Submission Form 3 workflow for approval or rejection. They can only approve or reject the entire group.

Click "Approve" if all the correct student-athletes are listed and their status competed or did not compete is accurate.

An optional Comments box will pop up on the screen. The Athletic Director will click "Approve" to advance the End of Season Submission to the Commissioner for Final Verification.

The screen will then provide an update of the status of the **End of Season Submission** Form 3 workflow.

The Athletic Director and/or the Eligibility Specialist can now monitor the **End of Season Submission** pending **Final Verification** by the **Commissioner** using the below areas of the Tech Hub Portal.

To monitor the approval by the Commissioner the AD and/or Eligibility Specialist can click on "Form 3"

Click "Final Form 3 / Roster" tab.

Click "Approval History"
