**Who can request additional information?** **AD's -** Can request that an Eligibility Specialist (ES) make a correction or add additional files. **Commissioners -** Can request that the College make corrections or add additional files.

Alert! An email will be sent also alerting the college additional information is required to process the appeal request.

Responding to a Request for Additional Info

The "Appeals" list view will show a status of "Additional Info Required"

Click "Form 4 Appeal" that has the status of "**Additional Info Required**."

The requested information will be at the top of the appeal.

Click "Next" when ready to make the correction or provide files requested.

The AD/ES will update the required field (if requested) and provide a note to explain the change that was made.

Click "Next"

Click "Confirm"

The status of the appeal will reflect if it has returned to the AD for approval or to the Commissioner for review.

The notes will be visible for all users in this section of the online appeal form.
