Temelio Grantee Portal Overview

This guide shows how the Temelio Grantee Portal centralizes grant activity—awards, upcoming reports, proposals, payments, tasks, and uploaded documents—so you can quickly see what’s due and what you’ve received. It also explains how to manage team roles and organization profile settings to keep contacts and permissions current.

Trytemelio

On the Dashboard, you can find a summary of your organization's activity with the grantmakers that use Temelio. "Total Awarded" shows a summary of the dollars that have been granted to your organization through foundations that use Temelio. "Next Report" will show you the next grant report your organization has due in the system. "Proposals" will show grant proposals that your organization is working on/has completed in the system. "Tasks" will show any upcoming tasks that your organization needs to complete. (e.g., reports, grant agreements)

Scrolling down on the Dashboard, "Grant Payments" will show you all payments that you have received from foundations that use Temelio.

If you click on the "Tasks" tab on the left, you will see action items that need to be/have been completed in the system. (e.g. reports, grant agreements)

If you click on the "Proposals" tab on the left, you will see all proposals/applications that have been completed in the Temelio system. You can click on the name under the "Grant" column to view the proposals.

If you click on the "Documents" tab on the left, you will see a record of all documents uploaded through previous/current proposals.

In the upper left corner, click the arrow down button to navigate to "Team Settings."

In Team settings, you can add new/remove team members, update existing team member information, select/change the primary contact, select/change the signatory, etc.

In General settings, you can edit/add organization profile information.
