Navigate to [https://parkingbase.com/c/rutgers/myaccount/monthly/accounts/view](https://parkingbase.com/c/rutgers/myaccount/monthly/accounts/view)

Click "Manage" next to your permit

Click "End Permit Lease"

Enter a date for when you would like your permit to terminate. **Note**: Termination of a permit is not immediately approved, nor is a refund guaranteed. Please refer to the Parking Terms and Conditions for refund qualifications.

Select a Reason Category from the Reason dropdown.

Enter a brief description providing an explanation for why you are requesting permit termination.

Click End Permit Lease. **Note**: This action will trigger a request in for Parking Operations to review the request. It will then be approved, or rejected, and you may receive further notification via email with next steps.
