This guide provides instructions for managing iProfiles within itrac, showing you how to access, edit, and update contact details, as well as manage CASL opt-in status, and handle unsubscribe preferences.

Every contact in itrac has an associated iProfile. The iProfile contains all information pertaining to that contact. To access an iProfile, search for the contact in the dashboard search bar, or click on the person icon from any contact list.

This is the main iProfile page. To edit a contact's CASL Opt-in status, click "view/edit details".

Change the CASL tag as needed. Once updated, scroll to the bottom and click "save".

Back on the main iProfile page, to change a contact's unsubscribe status, click the "Manage Unsubscribes" button.

Check or uncheck the contact's preferences in the pop up window as needed.

To edit the contact details, click the "Edit Contact" button.

All the contact details can be updated here. Once changes have been made, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "save".

To add a note, click "Add Note"

Document the details of your note and click "Add Note"

To schedule a task, click "Schedule Task"

Document the details of your task, choose a date/time for this task and choose who to send a meeting request to, if applicable.

Click "Add Task"

To send a one-to-one email, click "Send an Email". There is a detailed guide and video on how to send a one-to-one email.

To move a contact from one list to another, click "Move Contact"

On the left, click "Remove" to remove a contact from a list

On the right, click "Add" to add a contact to a list

When you're done, click the 'x' on the top right

To view all emails that have been sent to a contact, click "Emails". You will be able to view the email, see the send date, campaign name, subject and metrics

To view all history for a contact, click "History". You will be able to see the event name, description and date it occurred.

To see Outlook emails that were sent to a contact, click "Outlook Emails". You will be able to view the email, see the date the email was sent, the subject line, and who it was sent "from" and "to".
