The homepage will display a Delivery Update banner if a live delivery exists i.e. the driver has left the depot and has not yet completed the delivery.

This delivery banner will display an estimated time of arrival which is a 20 minute window. In this example, we are expecting the delivery to be made between 6:28am - 6:48am.

Click "View live van location" to track the driver.

The map will display the ETA and the number of drops away the driver is. The Menzies van indicates the location of the driver and there is a pin drop at the destination.

Click the plus or minus on the map to zoom in and out.

The driver is now 5 drops away and the ETA has re-calculated as the driver has lost 4 minutes on the road.

The driver is now 4 drops away and gained back 2 minutes on the road.

The driver is now 3 drops away and the ETA has recalculated to the original time as the driver has gained another 2 minutes on the road.

The driver is now 2 drops away and the ETA is now 2 minutes earlier than originally scheduled.

The driver is now 1 drop away and the ETA is now 4 minutes earlier than originally scheduled.

When the delivery has been successful the below screen will appear confirming the arrival time.
