Click "My Evaluations"

Select an evaluation

Click the activity icon

Click "Activity"

Each tile represents a day. Shaded tiles indicate that activity has taken place. The darker the shade, the more activity has taken place on that day. Click the tile to view the activity.

Click "View Options" to change how you view the data.

For example, select start and end dates to view activity within a set timeframe.

Activity can be viewed by day, week, month or year.

Activity can be filtered by scores, comments, actions and responses.

Click "Group by Dashboards" to view activity for groups of schools (e.g. primaries)

To view evaluation completion, click the Activity icon and select "Completion"

Completion rates can be viewed by focus area, participants or dashboards.

To export activity data, click the Export and Reports icon

Click "Export"
