Transfer a User

This guide provides a straightforward, step-by-step process for requesting a candidate transfer in Airdat, making it essential for users who need to efficiently navigate the platform.

Airdat

Navigate to your dashboard at www.airdat.org

Click the system that you require by selecting either "Go to Passport or "Onboard".

Click here under your profile name.

Click "Edit profile"

Click "Employer"

If you are an administrator, Click "Transfer candidate".

Fill in the fields required and then select 'Transfer Candidate'.

You can also as a user, click "Request transfer".

Click "Select a company..."

Start typing into the box below and then select the name of the company that you'd like to transfer to.

Finally, select "Request transfer".

If successful, Click "OK" and you will be returned to your main dashboard. Your line manager will then receive an email and will then either approve or reject the transfer.
