Login to the Membership Portal

Click "Members->Transition Members"

Select the names of all graduating students

Click "Graduate Members"

This will now mark this member as an Alum of your chapter, but they will still be associated with your chapter (and therefore, you'll have the ability to remain in contact with them provided they regularly update their contact information).
