Shipping Deadine Reminder Flow

Start by creating a new Campaign Flow

Click "All Customers and Subscribers (INTL Included)" as your segment

Click "Add Trigger"

Click "Order Created" as the exclusion so those subscribers are removed from the flow

Click "Save"

Now you can craft your first message

And don't forget to include a link to send them somewhere on-site to shop

Enter your message here reminding them of your shipping cutoff date

Make sure you have a 'delay' added to the flow right before the message

Click "Until a specific date"

Click the "Date" field. For example, maybe you want this to go out on December 2.

Click "Use subscriber's timezone"

Now we've got your first reminder going out, we'll add a delay and set up your next shipping reminder.

And let's set this one to 5 days later.

Drag in your "Message" to the flow

And for this one, take advantage by collecting some data from your subscribers for follow up messaging.
