Troubleshooting: What to do if fields are not detected in my PDF

You can make adjustments, add additional text fields, and map your column headers from your uploaded dataset as needed throughout this step anytime by using the tools and field details menu on the left. IMPORTANT: For Signatures and the accompanying date, be sure to select the “Signature” and “Date” field type.

If a field didn't get detected, click the appropriate tool to add the field to the PDF.

Click the new field to reposition it and to map it to a spreadsheet column.

An alternate way to add a field is to click "Field Details"

Then click the desired field name to add it to the PDF.

Drag and drop to reposition the field as needed.

To remove an extra field, click on it then click "Delete"
