Turn On Offline Mode - Iphone

Putting your device into Offline Mode is the most effective way to limit any data syncing issues in Clean Claims. To put your device in Offline Mode, you will need to put your device into Airplane mode. Especially in areas where you might only have one or two bars of service.

Alert! In Offline Mode, you will have full functionality within a project, but there is limited functionality on the home screen. Before going into offline mode, you will want to select the project prior to moving to airplane mode. \ You can also create a project from scratch in offline mode. If you are downloading a project using one of our integrations, you will need to sync the project into Clean Claims while still connected to the internet. You cannot download projects while in offline mode.

Log in to your Clean Claims account and select the project you want to use. You will want to click into this project while you still have service.

To enter offline mode, pull down on the top of the screen and click airplane mode to enter offline mode

Tip! You can also turn on airplane mode by going to Settings, selecting Airplane Mode

Swipe up from the bottom to continue into Clean Claims

Once in Airplane Mode, you will have full functionality in the system. You can add rooms, perform area scans, add moisture readings, notes, etc.

You will notice a blue bar at the top that will pop up letting you know you are in offline mode.

Once you are back in an area with service, swipe down from the top of the screen and turn off Airplane mode

When you have service, you will see this notification pop up. Click Sync to upload your data

You will see the progress bar while your data is being synced

Click close and refresh

Your offline data has synced and you can continue to use as normal
