Twilio: Branded Calling

This guide offers essential steps for registering your brand with Twilio's Branded Calling service, ensuring compliance with necessary requirements like the Voice Integrity Profile.

Before completing the Branded Calling steps, you will need to have a **Voice Integrity Profile Completed.**

Navigate to [Twilio](https://console.twilio.com/)

Click **Admin** in the upper right-hand corner.

Select **Account Trust Hub**

Over on the lefthand side, click **Branded Calls.**

Familiarize yourself with Branded Calling. **Click the link** to learn more about Branded Calling Pricing & Requirements.

When ready, click **Get Started.**

Step 1: Get Started

Begin by inputting a **Branded Calling Friendly Name.** Note: This is only visible to you within Twilio. This is not the name presented on CallerID.

Next, use the **drop down menu** to select your country.

Next select if you are a **Direct Customer or an Independent Software Vendor (ISV).**

If you selected Direct Customer, you will then choose a **Branded Calling Type. Click the bubble to the left of Basic Branded Calling.** Note: Twilio states there are two options, but only one is currently present.

If you selected ISV, you will then **choose if your bundle is being created for your end customer or not. Select the bubble to the left of the appropriate choice.**

For ISV selection, finally, choose a **Branded Calling Type. Click the bubble to the left of Basic Branded Calling.** Note: Twilio states there are two options, but only one is currently present.

**Click the link to read through the Branded Calling Pricing.** When ready, **check the box** to confirm you understand and agree.

Click **Next.**

Step 2: Select a Use Case

**Choose the Voice Integrity Bundle** associated with this Branded Calling request by clicking the text box and selecting the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.

If you have not created a Voice Integrity Bundle, **choose Submit a New Voice Integrity Bundle.**

You will then be able to review your Voice Integrity Bundle information. Note: This is pre-filled. You cannot change it within the Branded Calling application.

If this is the correct Voice Integrity Bundle, click **Next** in the bottom right-hand corner.

Step 3: Phone Numbers

Assign **phone numbers** already purchased within your Twilio account, to this brand! *Note: You may skip this step now, but you will be required to assign numbers after creating your Branded Calling bundle.*

Click **+ Assign More Numbers** if you wish to complete this now.

**Check the box to the left** of each number you wish to be added to this Branded Calling bundle. Then **click Save.**

When ready, click **Next.**

Step 4: Trust Details

Twilio will need a few additional details to complete your registration. **Click Continue** in the bottom right-hand corner.

First, read through the **Brand Contact information.**

Next, input the Brand Contact's **First and Last Name.**

Then, input the **Brand Contact's Phone Number** (do not input a Twilio number here. This should be the individual's mobile number). Finally, input the **Brand Contact's Email Address.**

Click **Continue** in the bottom right-hand corner.

If your email address is not associated with your company's domain *(example; SalesAi emails must match by ending in salesai.com)* you will be **ineligible** for submission and receive the message below.

If your email is eligible, a 5-digit confirmation code will be sent to the email address you provided.

Navigate away from Twilio to a seperate tab with your email. Locate the email with the subject line: **Twilio Confirmation Code**

Within that email, you will see your 5-digit code. Note: This code expires in 10 minutes! You may request a new one from Twilio if the time has expired.

Navigate back to your Twilio tab within your web browser.

**Input your 5-digit code**, then click **Continue.**

Next, familiarize yourself with Brand Information Guidelines. Click Twilio's resource, [Branded Calling Overview](https://www.twilio.com/docs/voice/branded-calling), to review all the guidelines!

Input the **Call Display Name.** Note: This is what customers will see when your agent calls!

Optional: Input an **Extended Call Display Name.** When ready, **click Continue** in the bottom right-hand corner.

Next, you will input your **Use Case Description.**

Then input your **Use Case Consent Description.** When ready, click **Continue** in the bottom right-hand corner.

Lastly, you will input the Final Details- **Registration Friendly Name, Notification Email, and (optional) Status Callback URL.**

**Read Twilio's Terms of Service**. Then **check the box** to the left to agree.

When ready, click **Submit.**

Under Branded Calls, you will then see the status of your registration- **Draft, Pending Approved, Rejected, or Needs Action.**
