**READ FIRST:** If issues occur when logging into UCIBuy+, confirm that one of the supported browsers—**Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox**—is being used. Ensure employment status with the university is active in UCPath. In the browser settings, allow **pop-ups** and **third-party cookies**. If problems persist, refer to the [**FAQ section on the UC Irvine Procurement website**](https://procurement.uci.edu/ucibuy/faqs.php) for additional guidance.

**READ BEFORE MOVING FORWARD**: Only use the steps in the Airgas Account Management Form section if an account number is needed.

Under the email section, insert **UC** **Irvine** **work** **email** (e.g., panteater@uci.edu).

Scroll down to the Request Type section and select the applicable choice to request a unique account number.\ \ • The **Account Maintenance** option updates the PI name. \ • The **Create a New Account** option creates an account number for the user.\ • The **Find My Account** option helps the user locate their existing account number.

**NOTE:**\* - All requests go directly to Airgas Sales Support, which helps speed up account setup and communication with UC Irvine departments. - Airgas Sales Support will respond **within 24-48 hours**. - If you do **not** receive a response, check your Spam or Clutter folders. - If you still cannot locate the message, contact [ucibuy@uci.edu](mailto:ucibuy@uci.edu) for assistance. - UC Irvine staff and faculty can request UC Irvine Google Workspace credentials at no cost to access the Google-hosted form.

Once Airgas Sales Support provides the account number, log into UCIBuy+.

Adding Account Number to Requisition

In the Requisition, under the Shipping column, select the **pen** icon.

Select the **Search additional** field and insert the desired delivery address (e.g., McGaugh).

Select the desired address.

In the **RM/STE** field, insert the room number the item(s) should be delivered to in the building (e.g., 102).

In the **Add' Location Detail** field, insert your unique account number.

Select **Save**.

Under the Shipping column, verify the selected delivery address, room number, and unique account number is correct.
