Submit an Additional Accommodation Request in myCAE

This brief tutorial reviews the steps students should take to request additional accommodation eligibility beyond what they are already approved for.

Log into your myCAE Student Portal at [https://blackburn.accessiblelearning.com/UCLA/](https://blackburn.accessiblelearning.com/UCLA/dashboard/Default.aspx)

Select "Submit an Additional or Adjusted Accommodation Request."

On the following landing page, select the "Start New Application" option.

This form is only permitted for requests related to academic or clinical accommodations. Requests for updated housing, dining, parking, or transportation accommodations should be submitted via the hyperlinked forms at the top of the landing page.

Select the term for which you are seeking the updated accommodation eligilbity, and then complete the questionnaire about your accommodation request.

After completing the questionnaire, select "Submit Request."

Select "Confirm"

As an optional but recommended step, students can upload updated documentation on the following page if they have any to support their request.

Upload any updated documentation you have not yet provided to CAE. You can upload multiple files one-by-one if you need to provide multiple documents.

Provide a name or title for the documentation you have uploaded.

Select "Upload File" to upload each individual documentation file to your request.
