Configuring integrations can be a little daunting. Let's learn how to integrate UKG with Quantum Workplace to sync employee data and enhance features like Goals, Surveys, and Recognition. This quick, step-by-step guide will walk you through the process to get things started. ✨ Before we begin, ensure you have: - Admin access in Quantum Workplace - API credentials for your UKG Pro web service account

To get started, navigate to the Integrations landing page by following these steps: 1. Expand **Administration** in the left-hand menu 2. Click **Integrations** 3. Select the **HRIS/HRMS** card 4. Click the **UKG** card to begin setup

Now, it's time to set up the UKG integration. To do so: 1. Enter the **Host Name** 2. Enter the **US Customer API Key** - [Link to find your API Key](https://developer.ukg.com/hcm/docs/web-service-account) 3. Enter **Username** and **Password** (the login credentials used for the UKG Pro web service account) 4. Click **Save**

Next, we'll verify the API connection. 1. Click **Verify Connection** 2. If successful, click **Approve** 3. If unsuccessful, click **Back** and double-check your previous entries

Now, we're ready to map demographics. If a demographic doesn’t exist in Quantum Workplace: 1. Go to **Administration > General Settings > Demographics** 2. Click **+ New Demographic** 3. Name it and click **Create** 4. Set permissions (recommend: **Admin** for Filtering & Team Goals + Slicing)

You can configure a variety of mappings within Quantum Workplace. To do so, 1. Click and expand **Edit Mappings** - Click **Standard Mappings** to configure standard properties - Click **Demographic Mappings** to configure custom demographics - Click **SMS Mappings** to configure SMS properties

When configuring Standard Mappings, be sure to: - Review each **User Property** - Use the drop-down to match with a **UKG Pro Field** - Click **Save**

If you're configuring Demographic Mappings, you'll need to: - Click **Add Mapping** - Use drop-downs to match UKG to QW fields - Click **Add/Save** - Repeat as needed

And lastly, to configure SMS Mappings, - Map **Mobile Phone Number** field - Map **SMS Messaging Consent** field - Click **Save**

Once you've completed mappings, it's time to activate the integration. To do so, click Activate Integration in the top-right corner!

To manage an Active Integration, go to **Administration > Integrations > HRIS/HRMS**, then: - **(A) Integration Settings:** View status, toggle welcome emails, or run manually - **(B) Data File:** Review last update, refresh, or download - **(C) Mapped Data:** Preview user data and update mappings - **(D) Pause/Remove:** Pause syncing or uninstall the integration

You've successfully integrated UKG! Your data is now syncing with Quantum Workplace. You can return to the **Integrations** page at any time to manage settings or view mapped data.
