UPS Return Label

Creating a PDF of the UPS return label to send to the customer. It is also an option to directly use the customer's email as the "contact" for the UPS return label. When you intercept and proceed, information is easily accessible and able to be seen by team.

Select Print Electronic Return Label on UPS Worldship. Add your email to receive the label, create and forward to customer.

Open Email from UPS.com.

Click "Get Your Shipping Label ›"

Click "Printer" Icon

Click box to expand if needed, or move directly to Microsoft Print to PDF.

Click "Print"

Browse to locate appropriate folder. Click "File name:"

Rename PDF and Click "Save"

Send Email to Customer with PDF of label. Within the ticket: Click "Emails"

Click "Create an email"

Click "Templates"

Click in Search box, enter "UPS".

Click "Return Instructions - UPS" to select.

Review Details, update as needed.

Click "paper clip", "Upload" to attach PDF of label.

Browse to locate folder/file. Double click or click and click open to add to email.

Click "Send"

Tip! Add information on when you sent the label, who you sent the label to, and the tracking number to the order header note for the original order, the replacement order and the RMA.
