Navigate to your IRONSCALES Admin Dashboard

To get your Billable Mailbox count, you take the Enabled Mailbox count and subtract the Shared Mailbox count. EX: Sales Demo - 28 Enabled, 2 Shared = 26 Billable. \ \ Keep in mind, we are invoicing based on high water mark usage during the previous month. This means if the protected mailbox count has dropped during the month, the number you get through this process may be a bit off. \*Distribution Partners - Your billable mailbox count will be updated daily in your distribution marketplace!

Shared Mailboxes

Licensed Mailboxes are now only relevant if you're using it as a threshold the customer can't exceed. If you are not using it to enforce the mailbox limit, the Licensed Mailbox count is irrelevant.

Best practices for setting your Licensed Mailbox count - Set it to 10-15 MBX higher than the Enabled Mailbox count. \ \ This will keep the licensing alert icons from populating on the dashboard.

To adjust the Licensed Mailbox count after you've integrated IRONSCALES with the email system, navigate to the 3 dots to the right of the customer on the management dashboard and click Edit Plans.

Set the Licensed Mailbox count to 10-15 higher than the Enabled Mailbox count.

Click "Apply"
